I am very blessed to have Olivia as my Wedding Coordinator. Olivia went above and beyond to give us peace of mind during the whole wedding process. As someone who just wanted to kick back and enjoy the big day, I knew that hiring a wedding coordinator is crucial for my event, and yes was I right. We started to panic 1-3 months prior to our wedding and we were completely overwhelmed with last-minute priorities like getting invites out, seating arrangements, and planning the whole agenda. Every vendor has a different timeline for the day so a mixture of opinions can get hectic. When I brought my concerns to Olivia, she was very understanding and reassured our feelings as she immediately tackled every concern. Out of all the vendors, Olivia was the easiest to work with. She made our wedding effortless and stress-free. I cannot say enough good things about her because she has completely transformed my wedding. My husband and I highly recommend Olivia and her team.

We were originally having a tough time finding a day-of-coordinator for our wedding, especially in the midst of a pandemic. As a detail-oriented bride, who strived for perfection, I had felt the weight of planning a wedding and it was definitely overwhelming. Thankfully, we came across Cerise Events, particularly Olivia Lam, who was recommended by a friend.

When we had our initial consultation (virtually due to the circumstances), we were amazed by her professionalism, kindness and care that she showed towards helping us with our big day. Rather than feeling anxious, we were so thankful to have found someone we could work with & trust to ensure everything would go smoothly in order for us to truly enjoy the day. Not only did Olivia go above & beyond to provide checklists and guidance in planning, but she also was incredibly responsive to all our questions and made us feel rest assured every step of the way when we felt like we weren’t prepared enough (especially with my late evening messages!). She compiled our day-of itinerary, finalized details & communicated with our numerous vendors and even helped with our day-of DIY decor set up – something we truly appreciated!

Looking back at our wedding, there are not enough words to express how grateful we are. We highly recommend Olivia & her team for any couple who is looking for expertise, dependability, and diligent work. We could not have cherished each moment during our wedding, nor even tied the knot without Cerise Events!

Mike and I wanted to thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect! We couldn’t have asked for more, everything went so smooth from the tea ceremony to the church and onto reception. We are so grateful for all the help and set up of each individual ceremony. This planning process was super easy during COVID with all your help, considering we planned this wedding 5 times over the last 2 years. We had such a great experience with all your suggested vendors and expertise in the wedding industry. No detail was missed and we were overwhelmed with the most perfect “first look” of our reception venue. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without you! Choosing Olivia as our wedding day coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. She kept us organized throughout the whole journey. Her incredible attention to detail and clear communications ensured that every aspect of our special day was meticulously planned and executed. 

When we were met with the unexpected challenge of our original wedding venue going bankrupt just a month before our big day, Olivia’s professionalism truly shone. She not only proactively assisted us with transitioning to a new venue, but also ensured all our vendors were informed and up-to-date. We can’t thank her enough for keeping us calm during those stressful times! 

We were also amazed at seeing how Olivia effortlessly brought our DIY visions to life despite not seeing any of the DIY elements beforehand. She managed to execute everything even beyond how I imagined it.
