Luxe Custom Planning & Coordination Package

The Luxe Custom Planning & Coordination package is suited for the couple who is looking to out do it all with a show-stopper wedding that will swoon their guests! This extensive package is matched for those who desire an outdoor tented wedding on a private property, a backyard wedding on a private estate, or a destination you have chosen that does not have a caterer on site.

If you and your partner are out of town majority of the time or do not reside in Ontario, we can attend vendor visits and meetings on your behalf. If you are a DIY Bride providing us with a lot of projects and have a lot of ideas but needs a team to put it all together, we are here to execute with detail! Your wedding will reflect your unique style. This is the “wedding of your dreams” and now you can have a professional and dedicated team by your side. You can have peace of mind that your wedding will be handled with the utmost care.

– This package includes –

  • 1 Lead Planner, 2 Assistant Planners (at no extra cost) on site for 12 hours
  • All Planners to attend Ceremony Rehearsal
  • Unlimited communication by phone, email or video
  • All Planners to attend unlimited meetings with vendors and couple
  • Comprehensive vendor research, recommendation & visits
  • Planners to book vendor appointments for client
  • Review & negotiate contracts on behalf of client
  • Check hotel information & rates for out of town guests
  • Meeting for custom creation of Wedding Day Itinerary 3 months prior to Wedding
  • Meeting 3-4 weeks prior to wedding to discuss final details
  • 1.5 year, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month & 1 week Reminder Checklists to be emailed to couple to keep on track
  • Main point of contact for all vendors and calling/emailing all vendors one week before wedding to confirm Wedding Day Itinerary

– What to expect on your Wedding Day –

  • On-site styling to ensure all wedding details are captured beautifully
  • On-site coordination throughout the day to ensure Wedding Day Itinerary runs smoothly and everything is executed perfectly
  • Setup, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony
  • Review seating plan prior to reception for accuracy
  • Organization & layout of reception details: menu cards, favors, escort cards, table numbers, etc.
  • Provide 5 minute reminders for all those who are doing speeches/toasts
  • Ensure all Décor & Floral is executed as per the couple’s wishes and as stated on contract
  • Keep agenda on schedule working with the Venue Captain as main point of contact for all vendors
  • Greet guests as they arrive, direct them if needed & ensure the comfort of all guests
  • Planners will carry a fully stocked Emergency Kit
  • Planners to distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors if requested by the couple
